Berre-les-Alpes meaning perched village, offers a remarkable panorama which embraces the chain of the sea, Mont Agel, the massive Authion, Mount Bego, Col de Braus at the bottom and at the top, the Franco-Italian alpes.
I wanted to get away from a busy few months and found La Cachette. The views are awesome and the village so pretty. I went to Monaco, Ventimiglia, Nice, St Tropez and it is all so easy. The walks from the house into the hills behind are amazing. The house has everything you could want. The beds are comfortable and the linen luxurious. I really did not want to leave. How lucky to have this gem. Thank you.
