This charming home is made up of two properties combined and approached from one of the many small streets via either of these front doors with a staircase leading to the upper floor and spectacular views. Much of it was renovated in 2020.

On the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom measures 5m x 3.5m and is beautifully furnished. The king size bed is positioned to make most of the southerly view through double doors which open on to a small balcony. An adjoining wet room contains a large shower, sink and lavatory. The hallway has a cupboard housing the washing machine and linen. This part of the house also has its own private access and was renovated in 2020.

The other bedroom measures 3.4m x 3.2 and has shuttered glazed French doors onto a small balcony. A comfortable double bed ensures a good night’s sleep. The room also contains an adult size bunk bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

At the top of the stairs on the right is another fully equipped and tiled shower room 3.4m x 2m (into shower). Another door at the top of the stairs opens to a lovely living room 4.4m x 3.5m. Glazed quadruple French doors bi-fold into the room and give access to the balcony and simply breath-taking, southerly views.

The marble dining table will seat 6, there is a desk for scholars to write away and the sofa folds out into a double (160cm wide) bed with a view that looks fabulous at dusk or dawn. The room contains some beautiful pieces of art from local artists who have a gallery in the village.

The balcony has a small table and is perfect place for breakfast and sundowners or roasting throughout the day in the hot months.

In total there are 2 double beds, 1 double sofa bed and adult sized bunk beds. There are 2 shower rooms, a living/dining room and a well equipped kitchen.

Because of the delightful narrow streets, you have to park close by in the square or car park allowing peace and tranquillity from traffic. This means a walk with luggage and shopping. This village/location is not suitable if you are infirm/disabled.
